Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy :

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Period: Cancellations made within 60 - 30 days of the start date of the retreat will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the total retreat cost. Any cancellations before the 60 days will get a full refund, minus the deposit.

3. Late Cancellation: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat date.

4. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not show up for the retreat without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the cancellation request is received, minus any applicable fees.

6. Transfer Policy: In certain cases, participants may be allowed to transfer their reservation to another person. Please contact us directly to inquire about transfer options as we may have people on the waitlist.

7. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, that necessitate the cancellation of the retreat, we reserve the right to offer either a full refund or credit for a future retreat.

8. Changes to Itinerary: While we endeavour to stick to the advertised itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or activities if necessary. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any changes in advance.
